They Love Us

The folks at Banister we’re so accommodating and provided excellent care to my new cat, Louise. She adopted me after living outdoors for who knows how long, and came with the fleas to prove it. Not only were they able to fit Louise into their busy schedule just a day and a half after I called and explained my situation, they also gave me excellent suggestions of what to do in the meantime, what flea collar to buy, etc. She’s now vaccinated, chipped, and feeling a lot less itchy! I’m very happy to say not only do I have a new little companion, I know she will be very well taken care of by Banister in the years to come! Thanks again!

We have had pets for 40 years and this is the most caring veterinary practice we have ever known. Your pet is a beloved member of their family and is greeted like that each visit. When our dog, who they took care of for all of his 15 1/2 years, reached the end, the staff joined us in saying goodbye and shared our sadness. Who could ask for anything more? I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Great vet and staff. Very knowledgeable, kind and practical people who are most concerned with providing the best care to their clients. Helping animals isn't just a job for these people, it's their passion.

My cat Boo is shy. When we visited and Dr. Banister and his assistant came in to the room he began purring. I was so pleased to see this! Thank you for making my cat feel at ease.

I brought my new rescue dog in for an emergency haircut, he was pretty matted and I was worried about him overheating with a full thick coat of fur. The staff were so friendly and got us in right away. I was nervous that I didn’t know how he would behave being groomed. They reassured me that they would take it slow with him and make sure it was a positive experience since he will need regular grooming. He was great and came out looking even cuter! And I couldn’t believe the price! Very affordable, great service and nice staff. Looking forward to our next appointment.

Dr. Banister is the best. He is very knowledgeable and kind. He listens to all of your questions and genuinely cares about your pets. His staff is wonderful to. I can't say enough about good things about this office.

I recently brought in my baby girl Siren for an upper respiratory infection with a side of pink eye, every one that works at this office is top notch with hearts of gold. Thank you for helping my baby girl, and thank you for being flexible regarding when I was charged. For years I used a different office but I took a chance at the other offices recommendation since they were so booked, I had such a good experience I plan on switching over.

Dr Banister was excellent. He went above and beyond to save our dog. Aries had pyometria and needed emergency surgery immediately. Dr Banister did an amazing job and and followed up with us during her recovery. I am so satisfied with his compassion and empathy towards animals and their owners. I trust Dr Banister with our dog. Aries gave him a big hug on her 2 week check up. It was like she knew he saved her life and his joy from. seeing her survive and get better was in his big smile. Thank you for saving Aries we all appreciate you!

I just brought my 14 yo cat to the vet for his first time (had some poop issues, not doing but where he WAS doing it). Spoke to NINA about it, she went through the process with me (she is always so helpful, makes us furry parents feel comfortable). Thanks to the young lady who cleaned up my cat and carrier (yes he did). My experience is always been great there. As for Doctor ahhhhh oh yeah Bannister he's the BEST!!!!!!!!!

The staff at Banister have been wonderful to all my animals! My husband and I moved up from Florida over a year and a half ago and when we did we were forced to board our two dogs and four cats. Banister animal hospital took them in and treated them with the TLC they needed. They were all cared for and checked out to make sure they were healthy. A few months later we lost our “old lady”, Molly and we received a lovely card from Banister. They are a caring, good, gentle people! I highly recommend them!
